Baby Steps

After running 2 miles yesterday, I’m really not that sore. In fact, I would love to go for another 2 mile run today but I read on the Marathon Rookie website that one of the top ten rookie mistakes is starting too fast.

Considering calling what happened yesterday a 2-mile-run is actually a stretch, I think I will take Marathon Rookie’s advice and make today a day of rest.

After all, it is Sunday.
